Chopped Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8oz Chicken Breast, grilled or baked, cut into 1" cubes Romaine Lettuce, chopped (amount depends on how large you want the salad)
  • 1/2 Cup Red Cabbage, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber, Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Celery, Chopped
  • 1 TB Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried or 1 tsp fresh herbs
